Zendaya has made some rare public comments about her boyfriend Tom Holland.
In a joint interview with Vogue and British Vogue, the star praised her Spider-Man: Homecoming co-star for the way he's handled things since the film's release in 2017.
"We were both very, very young but my career was already kind of going and his changed overnight. One day you're a kid and you're in the pub with your friends and the next day you're Spider-Man," she said. "I definitely watched his life change before my eyes. But he handled it really beautifully."
Holland's next role is in the West End's London production of Romeo and Juliet, which is scheduled for May. Zendaya says she "couldn't be more proud of him."
"I will try to see as many shows as possible," she added.
Although the couple has been dating for years, they are quite closed as a couple.
This seems to have only fueled interest in them, based on the story Zendaya shared about the time the two were in Paris and wanted to visit the famous Louvre.
According to the Euphoria star, they were warned not to and told: "You're already being stalked. You could make things worse." According to her, they still went, and their photos of them looking at the exhibits circulated on social networks.
"It was actually good," Zendaya recalled. "You just kind of get used to the fact that: Oh, I'm also one of these works of art that you're going to photograph. You just have to be calm and live your life"./BGNES
