Alexander Vezenkov is close to returning to action for the Sacramento Kings after resuming practice with the Kings.
The Bulgarian was spotted shooting during an individual training session. The news was reported by the journalist Sean Cunningham, who published a video on the social network X, formerly known as Twitter. The basketball player will also soon participate in the Kings' team training.
Vezenkov initially sprained his right ankle on Jan. 22, but played against the Atlanta Hawks anyway and scored eight points in a 122-107 home win over the Hawks. However, his participation in the match compounded the problem and on 13 February it was revealed that he was out for a period of 4-6 weeks. Sasha has missed his team's last 12 NBA games.
The Bulgarian will certainly not play in Sacramento's upcoming matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday morning. /BGNES
