Trump: Jimmy Kimmel is the worst host in the history of the Oscars

Jimmy Kimmel fired back at Donald Trump while on stage at the Oscars less than an hour after the former president wrote a critical post on Truth Social about the host.
Just before the Best Picture award (for "Oppenheimer"), Kimmel addressed the audience at the 96th Academy Awards to share a "review" he received for his performance as host of the ceremony.
"Was there ever a WORSE HOST than Jimmy Kimmel at the Oscars." His beginnings were as a less than average man who tries too hard to be something he is not and can never be,” Kimmel read aloud from his phone.
"Get rid of Kimmel and maybe replace him with another washed-up but cheap ABC 'talent', George Slopanopoulos. He would make anyone on stage look bigger, stronger and more glamorous... blah, blah, blah. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Kimmel then joked, "See if you can guess which former president just posted this on Truth Social."
The host then thanked Trump for watching before asking, "Aren't you in jail already?"
The crowd reacted wildly in response to the comment, which was a clear reference to the four criminal cases against the former president.
He is currently facing four felony charges for trying to overturn the 2020 election in Washington, 13 counts of election interference in Georgia, 34 felony counts in connection with secret payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels in New York , as well as 40 crimes for keeping classified documents since his presidency. /BGNES
