The 61-year-old Mission Impossible actor, who was first spotted with the 36-year-old ex-wife of an oligarch last week, rented out an entire floor of Mayfair's famous Novikov restaurant for the romantic dinner for two.
According to The Sun, Tom, who is worth £500million, spent £500 on a lobster and sushi dinner for the couple.
A source told the publication: "Tom seemed very much in love and hanging on Elsina's every word. The two seemed physically very close."
They were joined by Cruise's American security guard, who intervened after one of the employees asked for a photo. Eslina was dressed in a sparkly dress and a black fur coat.
"Tom was very generous and tipped the staff £100 before he and Elsina slipped out the side door on their way to the car," the witness added.
The actor was seen cuddling with the lady at a party with friends who claim the Hollywood star is "obsessed" with her and that the pair are "inseparable".
The former model, who holds British citizenship, was previously married to Russian tycoon Dmitry Tsvetkov, with whom she shared a £22m mansion on Wentworth Estate in Surrey, as well as an £18m house in London.
The couple also owned properties in Dubai and Cyprus, as well as cars, jewelery and art collections worth millions of pounds.
Their scandalous divorce hit the headlines in the summer after Khairova was accused of hiding significant assets from her ex-husband, including her £1 million handbag collection.
But her ex-husband has warned the actor that his new love is hard to please - and claims that during their stormy 11-year marriage he spent a staggering £10m on clothes and a further £2m on handbags.
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline from his £27m Surrey estate, tycoon Tsvetkov said: "Whether she's with Tom Cruise or someone else, he needs to know that she loves the finer things in life and has expensive and luxurious taste. Tom should keep his eyes and wallet wide open." /BGNES
