The Warriors gave the Knicks no chance at Madison Square Garden

The Golden State Warriors continued their good performances in recent weeks after defeating the New York Knicks 110-99 on the road in an NBA regular season game. In Madison Square Garden, Steph Curry gave the Warriors the lead with a three-pointer 17 seconds after the start of the game, and the guests did not lose their lead until the final whistle.

The hosts, who scored their first basket in the middle of the first part with a score of 0-14, managed to get within four points of the opponent in the middle of the last quarter, but did not have the strength to achieve a turnaround. Curry was above everyone on the court and finished with 31 points (8 triples) and 11 rebounds, achieving only the second time in his career a double-double before the break (17 points and 10 rebounds). Jonathan Kuminga, who was forced into the starting five, added 25 points and 8 rebounds, Klay Thompson contributed 16 points off the bench, and returning veteran Chris Paul had 11 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds. For the Knicks, who are without Jules Randle and OG Anunoby, Jaylen Brunson led the way with 27 points, while Josh Hart finished with 14 points, 18 rebounds and 7 assists.

Steve Kerr's team now has 12 wins and 3 losses in its last 15 games, but still occupies 10th place in the Western Conference with a record of 31-27. For the Knicks, it was the seventh defeat in the last nine games, and the team is in fourth position in the East with an asset of 35-25.
