Experts from the popular photo hosting site Pinterest have pointed out the trendiest colors of 2025. The list is published on the resource's website.
The most popular colors, which are inspired by various products, are cherry red, creamy yellow, bluish indigo, dill green and alpine oats. It is noted that the choice of shades is determined by trends in the platform itself.
"We researched what people are searching, saving and buying," said Pinterest employee Xanthe Wells. For example, cherry red was inspired by the Cherry Red Girl flashmob, in which bloggers showed off their cherry outfits. The same principle was used to choose the creamy yellow, Wells says. "Indigo was also chosen for a reason: we're now seeing a growing importance of the space theme," she added. The dill green hue came about thanks to the popularity of the drink, which consists of brine and Diet Coke, as well as the trend for dill dishes.
