Experienced LeBron James guided the Lakers to a 133-89 victory against the New Orleans Pelicans in the Western semifinals. James scored 30 points, dished out 8 assists, and pulled down 5 rebounds while shooting 75 percent from the field and 33% from beyond the arc. With 16 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists, center Anthony Davis produced a terrific double-double, while bench scorer Austin Reaves added 17 points. With 14 points from Trey Murphy, the Pelicans were unable to mount an offensive attack.
The Hoosiers beat the Bucks 128-119 in an Eastern Conference game because to an impressive performance by Tyrese Halliburton. The guard was instrumental in the Pacers' comeback in the fourth quarter, as they went from down by three points to a nine-point advantage, finishing with 27 points, fifteen assists, seven rebounds, and zero turnovers.
