The EU will abandon actions taken against Poland six years ago over rule of law concerns, TVP World has reported.
Brussels' measures could lead to the loss of Warsaw's right to vote in the bloc's affairs.
The European Commission said it intended to withdraw the procedure launched under Article 7 of the Treaty on European Union after the new centrist government in Warsaw took steps to fix the problems. /BGNES
