Slovak authorities are testing the theory that Juraj Centula, accused of attempting to assassinate Prime Minister Robert Fico, did not act alone. This was stated by the Minister of the Interior, Matus Šutai-Eštok. Quoted by the Teraz portal, the minister claimed that Centula was probably "not a lone wolf".
"One version is that the culprit was part of a group of people who encouraged each other to commit the crime," he said, adding that the shooter may also have revealed his intentions to someone. Citing intelligence reports, Shutay-Eshtok said someone had deleted the shooter's story and Facebook communications while he was in custody. /BGNES, AFP
