Savo Milosevic was officially announced as the new head coach of Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade.
A club statement revealed that he will be unveiled on Monday, September 30.
Milošević succeeds Aleksandar Stanojević, who resigned after the heavy home defeat by arch-rivals Red Star with 0:4 in the 174th edition of the derby. Partizan is in ninth position in the domestic championship standings with just 11 points from its first 7 games, 14 behind leaders Red Star, who have played two matches more.
Milosevic, who played for Partizan between 1992 and 1995, already has a stint in charge of the Belgraders behind him. He was coach between March 2019 and September 2020. | BGNES
