Alexander Vezenkov's limited opportunities to appear in the NBA continued tonight, after the Bulgarian basketball player remained on the bench during the loss of the Sacramento Kings to the Charlotte Hornets with 104:111 at home.
Two days ago, Vezenkov logged just three minutes in the win over Memphis, and this time coach Mike Brown didn't play him at all. The game in Sacramento was evenly matched, with the two teams trading leads 13 times, and the home team had a six-point lead with minutes to go, but Charlotte went on an 18-4 run to pull away.
For the Kings, Domantas Sabonis had a double-double - 23 points and 19 rebounds (9 offensive), but also lost the ball 11 times, and De'Aaron Fox finished with 30 points. For the Hornets, Terry Rozier topped everyone with 34 points.
There will be no rest for Sacramento as they host the Orlando Magic tomorrow at 5:00 AM. /BGNES
