"It is our voice that decides whether the future we are building in Europe, and therefore in Spain, is a future of progress or regression. It decides whether we want a Europe that continues to persevere in a united response to the challenges and crises that await us, or whether we will choose a reactionary Europe; A Europe of cuts, of regression, of reaction," said the Prime Minister.
