"He's playing well so far, I like what I'm seeing." This is what Sacramento Kings coach Mike Brown said to Alexander Vezenkov after the Bulgarian basketball player recorded his third solid game since the start of the NBA season.
Vezenkov scored 11 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block in 18 minutes of play in the 132:127 overtime victory over the LA Lakers at home, and after the game Brown commented on the performance of the Bulgarian since the beginning of the campaign.
"He always gives his best. The truth is, when he's on the floor, a lot of teams are going to pull him for the pick-and-roll, so he has to be flexible on defense. If he can do that, there's a good chance spent a lot of time on the court. He's obviously got a good feel for the game, does a lot of little things on the court. And man, I'm telling you, when he gets into a rhythm, watch out for the three because he can shoot from there. The ability to rebounds, especially from the perimeter, is unparalleled," Brown said. /BGNES
