Russia rejected Zelensky's invitation to participate in the second peace meeting

"Attempts to include Russia in a second peace summit on Ukraine are ultimatums that Moscow will not accept."
This was stated by the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, TASS reported.
On July 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he aims to have a plan ready by November to allow Kiev to hold a second international peace summit. Zelensky said that representatives of Russia should be present at the meeting.
Delegations from 92 countries participated in the first summit in Switzerland in June. Russia was not invited and dismissed the event as a waste of time. | BGNES
