Russia expects that oil and petroleum products shipments to Europe will account for no more than 4-5% of total exports by the end of 2023. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, quoted by Russian state media.
In his words, if previously about 40-45% of oil products and oil of total exports were delivered to Europe, then "at the end of this year we expect this to be no more than 4-5%".
Novak noted that Russia's main partners in the current situation are China, whose share has grown to about 45-50%, and India. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, there were almost no supplies to India before. "The total share of supplies to this country for two years was about 40%," he added. / BGNES
