Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has married for the fifth time at the age of 93, tying the knot with a 67-year-old former molecular biologist.
Murdoch and Elena Zhukova were married at the media mogul's estate in his California vineyards and estate, called Moraga.
Pictures published in the Sun, the British tabloid owned by Murdoch, showed the pair posing and smiling, him in a black suit and yellow tie and she in a strapless white dress while holding a bouquet of lilies.
Among the wedding guests were Robert Kraft, 82, the owner of the American football team New England Patriots, and his wife, Dana Bloomberg, 50, news reports said.
Murdoch was previously married four times, most recently to model Jeri Hall, the longtime partner of Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger.
His personal life is often the subject of the tabloid press that he helped develop on three continents.
Zhukova, who immigrated to the US from Russia, is a former molecular biologist.
Her daughter, Dasha Zhukova, an arts patron and entrepreneur, was married to Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich.
Murdoch, who has six children, was married first to Patricia Booker, an Australian flight attendant, whom he divorced in the late 1960s.
He and his second wife, Anna Torv, a newspaper reporter, were together for more than 30 years before divorcing in 1999. His third marriage to Wendy Deng ended in 2013.
