Rita Ora told the media that she is proud of herself for "prioritizing" her mental health.
The 33-year-old pop star, who tied the knot with Hollywood director Taika Waititi in 2022, said she took care of herself more than ever this year and tried to start "clean" for the sake of her well-being.
Asked what her biggest pride and achievement was in 2023, she told Spotify: "Getting through emotionally, mentally and physically. I prioritized my mental health, worked out and wasn't so crazy and focused on my commitments, I tried to start fresh".
Meanwhile, the "Anywhere" hitmaker is due to start work on her fourth studio album in January and is "excited" to begin work on the project, hinting that she also has "a few movies" in the works.
She stated: "I'm really excited. I just want to keep going, I don't want to stop. And next year I'm going to do a couple of movies."
Rita recently explained that she has learned to live in the present because no one really knows what will happen in the future.
Asked what advice she would give to someone unsure of their future, Rita told Blag magazine: "What's the point of worrying? Because you never know what the future holds anyway. So what's the point of are you insecure?"/BGNES
