A new drone strike in southern Russia blamed on Ukraine has caused a fire at an oil refinery, Krasnodar regional authorities said, adding that one person had died after a suspected heart attack.
"The fire on the territory of the Slavyansk oil refinery has now been completely extinguished. According to preliminary information, one person died during the drone attack, with the preliminary cause of death being a heart attack," the Krasnodar Region's operational headquarters said in a Telegram message.
Roman Sinyagovsky, head of the Slavyansk municipal district, said in Telegram that one worker from the plant was injured, and blamed Ukraine for the attack. / BGNES
