Milan won the Italian Super Cup after defeating city rivals Inter 3-2 in the final in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Rossoneri came from two goals down to win the Super Cup for the eighth time in their history. Lautaro Martinez gave the Nerazzurri the lead at the end of the first half, and Mehdi Taremi made it 2-0 early in the second. Milan, led by new coach Sergio Conceicao, quickly pulled one back through Theo Hernandez, before Christian Pulisic equalized in the 80th minute. The game was decided in added time when substitute Tammy Abraham gave Milan the win.
For the "Rossoneri" this is the 50th trophy in the club's showcase, as they tied Inter for Super Cup victories (8). Only Juventus has triumphed in the competition more times - 9. | BGNES
