Kylian Mbappe has signed a 5-year contract to move to Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain, AFP reported.
"Real Madrid have reached an agreement for the player to be at Real Madrid for the next five seasons," the royal club said.
In May, the 25-year-old Mbappé announced he would leave PSG at the end of the season.
Real, who won their 15th Champions League on June 1, confirmed the deal before Mbappe was set to feature in France's friendlies ahead of Euro 2024.
A World Cup 2018 champion, Mbappé has scored a record 256 goals for PSG since joining the club in 2017.
Mbappé helped PSG win 6 Ligue 1 titles and led them to the 2020 Champions League final, which the Parisians lost to Bayern Munich.
He scored a hat-trick in the 2022 World Cup final against Argentina in Qatar, but in the end Argentina and Leo Messi were congratulated on their success after extra time and a penalty shootout. | BGNES
