Movie star Margot Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley are enjoying their quiet life as new parents.
About a month ago, the 34-year-old actress welcomed her first child.
"They are spending time in (Los Angeles) as a family," an inside source told PEOPLE. He added that "Tom's mother visited them from England."
"Margot has a couple of projects for next year. Now she wants to rest and spend time with the baby. She's enjoying motherhood," the source added.
Earlier this month, another source shared how the couple is adjusting to their new role as parents.
"They waited a long time to get pregnant, so it was almost unbelievable when the baby did come. They were both adjusting to the role of parents," he explained.
"They're homebodies, so it was great to spend time with just him at home. They are so happy," the source pointed out.
In July, multiple sources confirmed that Robbie and Ackerley were expecting their first child. The two wed in December 2016 during a private ceremony in Australia's Byron Bay.
The couple met in 2013 on the set of French Suite, where he worked as a third assistant director and Robbie starred alongside Michelle Williams. | BGNES
