Russia's average daily losses in February reached their highest level since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, the British Ministry of Defense reported, which uses intelligence data, Ukrainian news agency UNIAN reported.
It is noted that Russian losses in killed and wounded in February amounted to 983 daily, and in total today Russia probably lost over 355,000 killed and wounded in Ukraine.
"The increase in average daily casualties almost certainly reflects Russia's readiness for mass combat and a war of attrition. While this comes at a high cost for Russia, this approach increases pressure on Ukraine's frontline position," the intelligence report said. /BGNES
