Liverpool survived a dramatic comeback against Fulham at Anfield

Liverpool won 4-3 versus Fulham in the 14th round of the Premier League. The Reds required a late comeback at Anfield to win and move to 31 points, two points behind leaders Arsenal.

Trent Alexander-Arnold's two goals made him the hero for the hosts. With a fantastic free kick in the 20th minute, the England international opened the scoring. However, Fulham equalised four minutes later by Harry Wilson.

Liverpool gained the lead for the second time in the game in the 38th minute, thanks to Alexis McAllister's outstanding effort, but Kenny Tetteh equalised in stoppage time. Tim Ream's overtime goal was rejected due to offside. Darwin Nunes' goal in the 54th minute was blocked by the crossbar.

Bobby De Cordova-Reid scored for Fulham in the 80th minute. The hosts, on the other hand, blew Anfield away with two quick goals in the 87th and 88th minutes. Wataru Endo equalised for 3:3, and Trent Alexander-Arnold gave Liverpool the 4:3 triumph.

Chelsea won 3-2 over Brighton at the same time.

Facundo Buonanotte (43) cut his team's deficit at the halftime break, and Conor Gallagher's ejection (45) injected new life into the visitors. Enzo Fernandez (65) scored his second goal from the penalty spot midway through the second half to give the Londoners a two-goal advantage, and Joao Pedro (90) reduced the deficit again at the end of the match, but De Zerbi's team's strength was insufficient for more.
