Lavrov: We are working on the agreements reached between Putin and Kim

"We are actively working on the implementation of the agreements reached between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Russian President Vladimir Putin," said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the opening of the talks with his North Korean counterpart Choi Son Hui, TASS reported.
"The timing we have chosen for our meeting could not be more appropriate to take stock of the preliminary results of the active work that has begun to implement the agreements reached during the September summit between President Putin and Kim "Cheng-un at the Vostochny Cosmodrome. Relevant work is already actively underway," Lavrov said.
The head of Russian diplomacy noted that he "warmly remembers" his visit to Pyongyang, which took place in 2023, and the "excellent hospitality" provided by the North Korean side. In addition, Lavrov emphasized the importance of the meeting of the intergovernmental commission of the two countries, which will be held in November 2023.
