Juventus beat Atalanta to win the Coppa Italia

Juventus won the Coppa Italia for a record 15th time in their history after beating Atalanta 1-0 in the final of the tournament. At the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, the only goal in the match fell in the 4th minute and was the work of the central striker of the "Bianconeri" Dusan Vlahovic.

Atalanta pressed for much of the match in search of an equalizer but were unable to find it. For their part, Massimiliano Allegri's men had good chances to get a second goal on the counterattack, but that didn't happen either. Torino also had legitimate claims for a penalty in the second half, but they were dismissed by the referee, and Allegri was sent off with a straight red card in the closing minutes.

In the end, Juventus held on to their first trophy in three years, while Atalanta lost their third final in five years and fifth in their history overall. The team from Bergamo has won the Coppa Italia once in its history. /BGNES
