Juve took three points against Verona with the last kick of the game

Juventus beat Verona 1-0 in Saturday's late Italian Serie A clash after Andrea Cambiaso scored in the sixth minute of stoppage time. The win sent the club to the top of the table. After this success, Massimiliano Allegri's team collected 23 points. The "Bianconeri" have one more than second-placed Inter and are two ahead of Milan, with the giants from Milan having a game less.

Moise Kean's goals were twice disallowed by the video assistant referee. It was an extremely disappointing night for the 23-year-old Italian striker. Keane's first goal came after a brilliant solo move was disallowed for an extremely thin tackle. The striker's second goal was disallowed for a foul by Keane himself during the attack.

Juventus had to experience another disappointment midway through the second half. Makennie broke to the touchline and passed back to Chiesa. The attacking player shoots from the penalty spot, but a Verona player clears just before the ball enters the net.

The Verona team held on for a draw almost until the end. But with seconds remaining, Arkadiusz Milik's header bounced off the post and Cambiaso slotted home to send the Allianz Stadium crowd into ecstasy.

It was the second consecutive win for Juventus and the fourth consecutive clean sheet in Serie A. In the next round, the Turin giants visit Fiorentina, who are currently 6th in the standings. /BGNES
