Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are getting a final divorce

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck will divorce just two years after they got married in a ceremony in Las Vegas, the Daily Mail reported.
After speculations about the breakup of the marriage appeared, friends of the famous couple confirmed the sad news.
“They finalized the divorce papers a month ago but are waiting for the right time to release them. "At that time, they will release a joint statement saying how much they love each other and how they fought to make it work but couldn't," one of the sources said.
"This is very important: "To be honest, in the end they couldn't reach a compromise. What they had before is gone and they've both accepted it," another source said.
The pair haven't been seen together in months, with Affleck, 51, noticeably absent from Lopez's 55th birthday bash a few days ago.
At the same time, however, he bought himself a new $20.5 million bachelor estate in Pacific Palisades. His purchase also comes days after the couple put their Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for $68 million.
