Jada Pinkett Smith will never leave her husband Will Smith, even though she recently moved into her own "woman's den."
The 52-year-old actress and her actor husband, 55, shocked fans this year by revealing they had been separated for six years, but Jada insisted the pair are committed to each other even if one of them meets someone new.
Speaking to The Mail On Sunday's You Magazine, Jada said: "We're both getting older. And also we've been together for 30 years, so even if someone new comes along, none of us are going to leave. We're a family that has to take care of each other and always will. Sometimes it takes a crisis to realize that."
However, Jayda reveals that there are advantages to moving out of their Calabasas mansion and into her own home nearby.
She said: "I bought myself a 'woman den'. Every woman needs one. The best part is that I don't have to say to Will, 'Are you okay on this sofa?'. I got one that's from cream patent leather, but with gold studs on it. It says 'heavy metal' my country".
When asked how their children reacted, she replies: "They knew I needed it. And they're adults now. They know where to find me. They all have their own keys to my new home, including Will."
Back in 2020, before they announced their split, Jayda admitted to having an "intrigue" with August Alsina, a singer-songwriter 19 years her junior.
"I'm not here to discuss Will's life. The point is that at the time of my entanglement, Will and I weren't together, but he just wasn't ready for our breakup to be revealed."/BGNES
