The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in Moscow that claimed the lives of at least 40 people.
"ISIS fighters carried out the attack on Christians in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow," the group said in a statement on Telegram.
The terror group added that the militants "killed and wounded hundreds, causing extensive destruction, before retreating safely./BGNES
