On the morning of November 17, 3 strikes were carried out in separate locations, with thick clouds of white smoke appearing over the targets, footage showed.
They followed a sustained Israeli attack in the same area on 14 November.
Shortly before the latest strikes, the Israeli army warned people to leave Hadath, Burj al-Barajneh and Chia, saying they were near "Hezbollah sites and assets".
Lebanon's official National News Agency (NNA) reported that an "enemy aircraft" had carried out a heavy strike near St. George's Hospital in Hadath.
Another attack hit an apartment building near the Mar Michael Church in Chia, the NNA said.
At dawn, the Israeli army attacked villages in southern Lebanon, including seven strikes on Jebchit in less than two hours, the news agency added.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah said it had engaged in night fighting with Israeli forces near Chamaa, about 5 kilometers from the border with Israel.
