The Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has vowed to move to a "new and escalating phase" in its war against Israel, Free Europe reported.
The Iran-backed group's statement came after Israel announced on October 17 that it had liquidated Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.
Iran's representative to the UN said that, following Sinwar's assassination, "the spirit of resistance will intensify." | BGNES
