Hassan Nasrallah's son-in-law killed in Israeli strike in Damascus

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah's son-in-law has been killed in an Israeli attack in Damascus that killed three people, an NGO said.

Nasrallah was killed by Israel last week during a strike on the outskirts of Beirut.

"Hassan Jaafar al-Qassir, Hassan Nasrallah's brother-in-law, was one of two Lebanese victims of the Israeli attack, which targeted an apartment in an apartment building in Damascus' Mazzeh neighborhood," the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

A source close to Hezbollah confirmed this information to AFP and said that Hassan Jaafar al-Qassir was the brother of Jaafar al-Qassir, responsible for the transfer of weapons from Iran to Lebanon, whom Israel said it killed on 1 October in a strike in the southern suburbs of Beirut. | BGNES
