Hamas defended Iran's attack on Israel with about 300 attack drones and missiles, The Times of Israel reported.
"We at Hamas consider the military operation carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran as a natural right and a deserved response to the crime of targeting the Iranian consulate in Damascus and killing several Revolutionary Guard leaders," the terrorist group said in a statement.
Tehran's attacks followed a suspected Israeli airstrike on an Iranian consulate building in the Syrian capital Damascus on April 1, which killed several commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including two generals. /BGNES
