Grant Shapps, Britain's Secretary of State for Defence, said that "another defeat by Vladimir Putin's navy shows that those who think the war in Ukraine is at a stalemate are wrong!", the Guardian reported.
"They don't notice that in the last four months, 20% of the Russian Black Sea fleet has been destroyed," he added.
