Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maria Gabriel left Skopje last night in order not to attend today's OSCE meeting, which is also attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, BGNES special envoy Dimitar Ruskov reported.
Apart from Gabriel, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is not in the Macedonian capital either.
BGNES reminds that Bulgaria did not allow the plane of the Russian foreign minister to fly over because the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, was also on board. /BGNES
