"In the Podolsk region, as a result of falling missile debris, a fire broke out in a transformer substation and in a two-story non-residential building," added the city manager. Later, Klitschko reported that the roof of a residential building was on fire in the same area. In addition, the head of the capital specified that in the Sviatoshinsky district, the windows of two nine-story buildings were broken by the shock wave. Klitschko wrote that four victims are known - one woman in Svyatoshinsky district and three people in Shevchenkovski. A little later, the mayor said that eight victims were already known. "So far, no one has been hospitalized. The doctors helped everyone on the spot," said Klitschko.
