Conor Gallagher struck in the 11th and soon after African Cup of Nations returnee Nicolas Jackson doubled the Londoners' lead. Shortly after the start of the second half, Enzo Fernandez the intrigue with a third goal. The home team scored once from substitute Moussa Diaby in stoppage time.
Thus, after a goalless draw in the first leg at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea progressed to the round of 16 of the FA Cup, where they will face Ilia Gruev Jr and Leeds, who eliminated Plymouth after extra time.
