Bruno Fernandes: Why don't we play like this every week?

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has expressed his disappointment that his team failed to win their trip to Liverpool on Sunday and has urged his team-mates to show similar play every week.

The Red Devils were on a four-match losing streak before their trip to Anfield but were evenly matched against the Premier League leaders and had a golden chance to pull off a late winner when Harry Maguire made a serious mistake. "We can't be happy with the draw because we need the points more than they do. We could have won in the end, but a draw is a fair result. Both teams played good football with high intensity, both teams had good chances. But I'm angry - if we show this against the strongest team in the League at Anfield, why can't we do it every week?" Fernandes commented after the match.

"Now we have another tough match against Arsenal in the FA Cup. We want to reach the final again. We have to show today's performance against every opponent," added the Portuguese footballer.
