Bitcoin surged for a fifth day on Feb. 28 to near $60,000, boosted by flows into the new U.S. Bitcoin ETF, which sent it up 39.7% in February, marking its biggest monthly gain since December 2020 since then.
Bitcoin was last up 4.4% at $59,259, its highest since December 2021, while Ethereum (the second largest cryptocurrency - ed) was up 2.2% at $3,320 , after hitting a new two-year high.
