US President Joe Biden won the Democratic primary in North Dakota, US News reported.
On March 30, the state party announced the results of the primary election, which was held mostly by mail. The party began distributing ballots in February to voters who requested them.
Biden's victory was all but certain, even though there were seven other candidates on the primary ballot.
Former President Donald Trump won the GOP primary in North Dakota on March 4, taking all 29 delegates.
Biden and Trump have already secured enough delegates for their parties' nominations, marking the first presidential rematch since 1956./BGNES
