US President Joe Biden and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping will meet on November 15 in the San Francisco area in an attempt to "stabilize" recent tensions between the rival superpowers, AFP reported.
"Our goal will be to try to take steps that will really stabilize the relationship between the US and China, remove some areas of misunderstanding and open new lines of communication," said a senior U.S. administration official. /BGNES
