Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's 24-bathroom mansion sells for $68 million

Sometimes when a high-end celebrity's property comes up on the list, the reaction is, "That much? For that?"

This isn't one of those cases. The 38,000-square-foot house, called Crestview Manor, sits on five acres and is tastefully stunning, with open floor plans, mountain views, a large pool, a 12-car garage and an indoor sports complex that includes a state-of-the-art gym, boxing ring and pickleball court.

There are also 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms - two bathrooms per bedroom. So you could use a different bathroom every day for nearly a month if you wanted. Only one of the 24 is shown in the available listing and it contains a traditional tub and steam shower.

The house was built in 2000 so is also a relatively modern property for the area.

Interesting detail: a vintage movie poster is shown in the living room and it's perhaps the appropriately titled 1957 comedy The Prince and the Showgirl, starring Marilyn Monroe and Laurence Olivier.

The house is saddled with a hefty annual tax bill estimated at $402,234, along with a surprisingly low HOA fee of just $667 per month.

Earlier this month, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck and revealed they have been separated since April. The two have been married since July 2022.

Affleck has reportedly purchased a relatively modest $25 million mansion in Los Angeles for himself. | BGNES
