Lebanon's health ministry said an Israeli strike on a building in central Beirut early Saturday killed 11 people and wounded 63, raising earlier figures on the death toll.
"The Israeli enemy strike on Basta al-Fawqa in Beirut killed 11 people, including a large number of body parts that are being identified. The final death toll will be determined after DNA tests are carried out," the ministry said in a statement.
It added that 63 people were injured and that rescuers were still clearing the rubble. | BGNES, AFP
