US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has described the deadly attack in Moscow as a "heinous crime" and said Washington condemns "terrorism in all its forms".
"We condemn terrorism in all its forms and stand in solidarity with the people of Russia who mourn the loss of life from this horrific event," the statement said.
Earlier, the White House called the attack in a Moscow suburb that killed 133 people "horrific" and offered condolences./ BGNES, AFP
