Alec Baldwin has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for a shooting that killed a cameraman on the western movie set of "Rust", AFP reported.
The charge comes more than 2 years after cinematographer Halina Hutchins died while shooting the low-budget film in New Mexico when she was shot by a gun Baldwin was holding during rehearsals for a scene.
The American actor was initially charged with manslaughter in January last year, but the charge was later dropped.
Baldwin reportedly faces up to 18 months in prison if convicted of the new charge.
"We look forward to our day in court," said lawyers Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro./BGNES
