Adele felt like a teenager when she took her first subway ride in nearly 20 years in December, Music News reported.
The 35-year-old music superstar revealed that she recently rode the London Underground for the first time in almost 20 years.
During her recent concert in Las Vegas, Adele explained that she had not ridden the subway since the 2005 bombings that killed 52 people and injured more than 700.
"I wasn't even afraid to travel on the subway. I loved it. It reminded me of my teenage years," the singer said of her recent experience.
"I haven't really been on the tube in England, not since I've been famous. That's since a terrorist attack happened there. I was scared because I'm claustrophobic," she added.
The Rolling in the Deep singer, who now lives in Los Angeles, said she overcame her fear when she got on the subway to see Mamma Mia! The Party at the O2 Arena in December.
