A medical report proves tha Imane Khelif is a biological male

Boxer Imane Khelif, who scandalized the world with her participation in the Olympic Games in Paris, where she also became champion, is a biological male. This confirms a medical report from June last year, published by the French journalist Djaffar Ait Aoudia.

According to the report, Khelif was born with "testicles" and a "micro-penis". The information comes a few months after the Algerian became Olympic champion at the Summer Games in Paris between July and August.

From Aoudia's publication in Lecorrespondent, Khelif's medical report indicated an "absence of uterus", the presence of testicles in the abdominal area", a "blind vagina" and a micro-penis in the form of "clitoral hypertrophy". In addition, Khelif also suffers from 5-alpha deficiency - it mainly affects males during childbirth and affects the normal growth of the sexual organs. Due to the deficiency, male babies are misclassified as female due to the presence of deformed genitalia. The medical report also suggested that Khelif was likely born "to parents who may have been her relatives" and recommended "surgical intervention and hormone therapy".

Khelif beat Italy's Angela Carini in Paris after just 46 seconds en route to the gold medal. Bulgaria suffered from another competitor, who was doubted about her not being a woman - Taiwanese Yu Tin Lin overcame Svetlana Staneva and left her one step away from the medals in the category up to 57 kg. | BGNES
