A fire broke out in the Russian port of Kavkaz after a drone strike

A drone strike caused a fire in the port of Kavkaz, located in Russia's Krasnodar region. Multiple casualties have been reported, and Kiev has yet to claim responsibility for the attack.

According to the local authorities, the fire started in the fuel warehouse, in which three oil tankers are located, writes "Kyiv Independent".

The available fuel was used to supply gas to Russian forces in parts of the occupied Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. The authorities claim that as a result of the strike, there are many casualties among the employees of the oil depot.

Kavkaz Port is located directly on the border between the occupied Crimea and the Russian Krasnodar Territory. The port is located about 12 km east of the Kerch Bridge, which connects Crimea with Russia.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have not yet claimed responsibility for the attack, nor have they provided a comment./BGNES
