John Legend looks sharp in pinstripes at the Green Carpet Fashion Awards, while his wife Chrissy Teigen's thin outfit gets the fever rising

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen matched each other's sense of style as they walked the Los Angeles Green Carpet Fashion Awards on Wednesday night.

This year's event took place in Los Angeles, the same venue as its 2023 premiere, marking the awards show's return to the United States, reported Mail Online.

The 38-year-old Chrissy and her 45-year-old equally fashionable hubby showed no signs of letting their matching all-black suits down. John wore a dapper suit, while Chrissy wore a skintight dress.

The model showed off her toned abs in a diamond-shaped sheer panel and her cleavage in a plunging neckline.

The floor-length skirt included more see-through stripes that showed off her toned and sun-kissed legs.

The sleeveless dress accentuated Chrissy's toned arms and coiled around her form, drawing attention to her hourglass shape.

With her long, caramel-colored hair split in the center, the model for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue framed her flawlessly made-up face and hanging diamond necklace. Her hair hung loosely across her chest.

In addition to her dress and a chic back handbag, Chrissy accessorized with long burgundy nails for a pop of color against the all-black ensemble.

John wore a sharp black suit that drew attention away from himself and onto his wife, but his double-breasted jacket and shimmering sequined pinstripes gave him flare.

In keeping with the suit, the pianist and vocalist donned a black shirt that was completely buttoned but did not have a tie. Shiny black loafers completed his ensemble.

Luna (seven years old), Miles (five years old), Esti (one-year-old), and Wren (eight months old) seemed to be left behind by their parents.

'The power of fashion & entertainment to support interrelated cultural change & the most inspirational efforts that drive it.' That is the mission of the Green Carpet Fashion Awards, a socially aware party.

Even though John's black suit had a dash of flair thanks to his shiny sequined pinstripes and double-breasted jacket, he let his wife steal the show.

Completing his ensemble, the musician and vocalist added shiny black shoes and a fully buttoned black shirt that complemented the suit.

Joining the co-chairs of the performance this year are Cate Blanchett, Helen Hunt, Julianne Moore, and Zendaya; also joining them are singer-songwriter Annie Lennox, Sônia Guajajara of Brazil, Vanessa Nakate of Uganda, an activist for climate justice, and the show's creator, Livia Firth.

'True intersectional change while bringing together the next generation of global leaders driving political, social and environmental solutions for a brighter collective future,' the show's organizers claim on the website.

Chrissy voted in the California primaries on Super Tuesday, showing her support for American election traditions, and she will be attending.

Following her visit to the voting place, she was spotted grinning as she strolled the streets of Beverly Hills. /BGNES
