As of 08:00 on the post local elections day 30 October, 2023, with 25.27% of SIC protocols processed, the "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" and "Save Sofia" (PP-DB-SS) candidate for mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, received 31.86% of the votes.
In second place is Vanya Grigorova supported by the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) for Bulgaria and coalition" with 22.09%.
